A general rule to align your diffuser with the proper amount of essential oils is:

|150 ml||4-7 drops|
|200 ml||6-10 drops|

|400 ml||12-15 drops|
|500 ml||15-20 drops|
If you start to feel nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, and/or a headache, turn off your diffuser and get some fresh air flowing through your room.
